HSS end mill metal

For finishing of steels of average to high strength of up to 1,300 N/mm² with high cutting performance yet good surface properties. Especially for synchronous milling. E.g. construction steels, case-hardened steels and tempering steels, non-ferrous metals, rust and acid-resistant steels.

Recommended for milling soft to hard, long-chipping materials such as aluminium and copper alloys and thermoplastics.

Plunge milling to full groove depth or gradual infeed depth, also for use as end mill for conventional front and circumferential milling.

Double-cut end mill for T-slots according to DIN 650. Recommended for milling structural, case-hardening and heat-treated steels with standard strength up to 1,100 N/mm² and for short-chipping non-ferrous metals.

Wide range of applications on medium to high-strength materials (approx. 900-1400 N/mm²), e.g. case-hardened, heat-treated steels, tool steel alloys, hardened, non-ferrous metals, highly heat-resistant materials as well as cast iron and cast iron alloys.
