Can be used to tension 6 mm IP-FIX cable up to 100 kg for horizontal installation between two fixing points (I-beam, for example).
Tool for safe tensioning of 6 mm IP-FIX cable for implementing supporting systems using horizontal cable under tension.
Tool requires no inspection or recalibration.
Practical design:
- The maximum tension of 100 kg can be adjusted by rotating a thumbwheel on the handle,
- A visual indicator helps you to choose the correct tension,
- Jaw system that grips the cable for tensioning.

- Maximum tension load of 100 kg to prevent any risk of deterioration of the support structure,
- When the selected maximum tension has been reached, the handle makes a "click" noise.

InstructionsBefore any tensioning operation, make sure that the IP-FIX fastener is properly open and not in the locked position.
1. Turn the adjustment thumbwheel on the handle up to a maximum of 100 kg.
2. Fully move apart the handles. Place the jaw of the tool against the lockable IP-FIX fastener and grip the end of the cable with the cam.
3. Bring the handles back together to apply tension to the cable. Repeat the operation until you hear the handles click if needed.
4. When you hear a "click", the required tension has been reached.
