Datasheets(X)
Especially for timber frame constructions, to prevent moisture being transported from the masonry to the foundation beam.
The substrate must be clean, solid, dry and free of solvents. Lay ISO-CONNECT HB TAPE horizontal to the foundation wall, tension and affix to the panel. Version 1 and 2: Fastening with staples or flat-head nails. Version 3: Fastening with double-sided butyl adhesive tape. Remove protective film from the adhesive tape, apply adhesive tape to the substrate and press on carefully using a pressing roller. The sealing membrane must be applied without tension. Allow a 20 cm overlap for bonded connections. The ISO-CONNECT HB TAPE must protrude on both sides by approx. 1–2 cm to prevent moisture bridges from forming on both sides of the wall. The overlaps can be bonded using ISO-TOP FLEX-ADHESIVE XP.
