When preparing the surfaces, it is recommended to clean the windscreen/window with the abrasive cleaning sponge and Würth ECOLINE glass cleaner. Always use Würth Varioprimer safe+easy 2 or Contactclean; ensure UV protection using e.g. a screen-printed edge. The products must be checked to ensure that they have not expired before use. Observe the information regarding bead geometry provided by the vehicle manufacturer. The application and drive-away times must be observed.
Replacement glazing of common cars and vans.
Ensure that the product is applied in a clean working environment. Always use Würth Varioprimer safe+easy 2 or Contactclean to prepare the surface; ensure UV protection e.g. using a screen-printed edge. Apply the adhesive by guiding the gun vertically, starting from the centre of the bottom edge of the windscreen/window.
