- Good resistance to ageing and weather
- Adhesion may be reduced when the product is used in standing water
- Not suitable for sealing glass

- Due to the large number of varnish and glazing formulations available, always carry out your own tests on the area first, especially on alkyd resin paints and powder-coated aluminium
- The transparent colour variant is slightly milky. This may turn whitish when exposed to moisture. The colour becomes transparent again after drying.
- Odourless once fully dry
- The flash-off time of the solvent may be longer on larger bonded joints and at low temperatures
- Sufficient air exchange should be ensured during the curing phase
- The curing time is extended due to a higher coating thickness
For high-quality seals in sloped and flat roof areas. Seal Flex is suitable for expansion joints and connection joints. No primer is required for adhesion to materials such as wood, concrete, metal, glass and many plastics.
- Contact points must be clean and firm before use
- Store the cartridge at room temperature before processing
- In accordance with DIN 18540, the joints must be backfilled with polyethylene cords
- Porous surfaces should be dry; smooth surfaces can be wet
- When the joints are exposed to water for longer periods of time they can turn yellow. The material quality is not affected by this, however.
- The edges of the joint can be masked off, but the adhesive tape must be removed immediately after grouting or smoothing
