OMG EverSeal™ is butyl and bitumen-free, and uses OMG's Advanced Synthetic Adhesive Polymer (ASAP) technology that allows it to bond to most roof membranes, including:
- EPDM
- TPO
- PVC (aged)
- HYPALON® / CSPE
- Modified bitumen (no sand-coated sheeting)
- Smooth surfaces
- Metal
The substrate must be dry and free of contaminants. The surface can be cleaned with suitable cleaning agents. Adhesion can be improved by roughening the surface. Cut the roof repair tape to length, remove the release paper, place on the area to be sealed e.g. apply with a pressure roller. The application surface must have a temperature of at least + 5°C. If necessary, the surface can be heated using suitable tools.
