High-strength bonding
Can only be removed once heated up to 300°C
High temperature range up to 200°C
Strength at 100°C still 85 % of maximum strength
Maximum joint filling capacity of 0.2 mm
Completely fills extensive surface roughnesses
Prevents frictional corrosion
The bearings will not seize up
Fast curing
High resistance
Resistant to a large number of bases, gases, solvents, oils and fuels (see resistance list)
Silicone-free, solvent-free and oil-free
DOS system:
- Practical, one-hand operation thanks to the practical turn-lock nozzle, therefore one hand always remains free.
- Continuously adjustable dispensing system enables dispensing to be adjusted to suit the application and to keep consumption and costs to a minimum.
- Cost optimisation through almost complete emptying, no residual material remains in the dispensing neck.
The following plastics can be affected in the event of prolonged exposure: ABS, celluloid, polystyrene, polycarbonate (Macrolon), PMMA (Plexiglas), polysulfone, SAN (lurane, Tyril), Vinidur, vulcanised fibre and painted surfaces. We always recommend that you conduct your own tests.
For fastening cylindrical joints such as bushings and bearings exposed to high temperatures. The bearing retaining compound is for use in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry, in metalworking and tool manufacturing, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering and engine construction, and electrical and electronics construction. Conforms to the formula recommended by the German Environmental Protection Agency for use in applications which come into contact with drinking water.
This liquid plastic cures when in contact with metal in the absence of oxygen. The contact surfaces must be dry, dust-free and grease-free. Moisten the adhesive surfaces sufficiently and put them together immediately.
