Rust-free A2 stainless steel (material no. 1.4567)

Extremely strong

The grooved shank provides for additional screw strength as austenitic stainless steel cannot be hardened.

Exact setting

The drill tip enables the screw to be positioned precisely with no difficulty.

Drilling range of the tip: Aluminium, 1.75-4.0 mm

Easy and clean countersinking

The small countersunk head can be countersunk very easily and cleanly thanks to its small diameter. Under-head milling pockets pick up protruding chips. Countersinking the surface is recommended for tropical hardwoods, as these types of wood have very short chips.

The decking boards must be pre-drilled with bore diameter 5.0 mm.

RW® drive for optimum guidance and power transmission

Thanks to the RW® drive, a tight fit of the bit in the screw drive is guaranteed. This prevents wobbling impacts and sliding of the bit from the screw while screwing in.

Screw length options with Würth aluminium rail:

47 mm for cover thickness of 20 mm

52 mm for cover thickness of 22-28 mm

57 mm for cover thickness of 28-34 mm

62 mm for cover thickness of 34-40 mm

Notice

Not suitable for atmospheres containing chlorine. To ensure that the screw holds sufficiently well in aluminium, the wall thickness of the aluminium profiles should be no less than 2.2 mm.

A distance of 8 mm must be observed for screw connections on normal aluminium profiles.
