- Self-adhesive fleece with butyl rubber adhesive
- The fleece must be stored in a dry place at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C
- 110 g/m² refers to the grammage of the fleece without butyl
The fleece with butyl strip must not overlap when applied. Adjacent pieces of fleece with butyl are laid edge to edge. A piece of single-component liquid plastic fleece overlaps the edges to seal them (minimum width 10 cm). An overlapping piece of standard fleece is inserted after application of sufficient liquid plastic.
For use when applying single-component liquid plastic Pro, especially for construction joints and wall joints.
The butyl strip fixes the fleece to the surface. Liberally apply the single-component liquid plastic Pro to the surface to the left and right of the butyl strip using a roller or brush (2 kg/m²). Then insert the sides of the fleece into the liquid plastic. Make sure the surface is completely saturated.
Then apply a further layer of liquid plastic (1 kg/m²) fresh on fresh. Ensure that no air bubbles are trapped inside the material.
