Colourless 1C primer for repairing damage to diffusers in vehicle headlights.
Instructions
Step 1: Pretreatment of headlights
- Cleaning
- Dry sanding
- Wet sanding
- Check (if necessary, rework)
Step 2: Application of primer
- Mask off the rear of the headlights
- Clean sanded parts
- Clean the headlights with a dust binder cloth and Aqua silicone remover
- Shake the can thoroughly for 2 minutes and perform a spray test
- Apply PC primer in 1.5 spray passes and allow to flash off for 40 minutes at 20°C
Step 3: Application of clear varnish
- For protective effect, paint over headlight with Rapid 2C clear varnish (art. 5867 000 124)
