A suitable milling cutter with stop (art. no. 0612 208 203) must be used to prevent the template being damaged during milling
Application area
Milling aid for creating recesses for concealed beam connectors.
Instructions
- Select the template insert (90 mm, 125 mm, 150 mm or 190 mm) and insert into the template carrier. Fix insert using metric screws.
- Mark the milling position on the main beam
- Place the template on the main beam, align it and fix in place using 2 ASSY countersunk head screws, d = 5 mm
- Set the router to a milling depth of 14 mm
- Mill the recess
- Remove the milling template
