Tested product characteristics
Resistant to winds in accordance with EN16002, test reports I.F.I., Aachen
No mechanical application required
Reduces workload by up to 30 %. Hardens within just 60 to 120 minutes depending on the weather, meaning that subsequent work can be carried out sooner.
High degree of initial adhesion, even at low temperatures
Does not flow, but immediately forms a stable and adhesive bead. Can be applied at temperatures of +5 °C (temperature of the can must be at least +5 °C).
Long-lasting
- Number of adhesive strands up to 25 m building height according to ZVDH (German Central Association of the Roofing Trade) procedure
- GISCODE PU80
Adheres to all standard construction substrates such as sanded/slated bituminous membranes, expandable polystyrene and polyurethane hard foam, corrosion-protected steel sheets, fibre cement, aerated concrete, chipboard, hard PVC, stone, plaster, wood, bitumen-latex thick coatings and emulsion paints.
Please ensure that the curing times are observed to allow the propellant gases sufficient time to escape from the structure. Follow the information provided by the insulation panel manufacturer.
Datasheets(X)
For clean, economical and permanently secure bonding of heat insulation panels in flat roofs and inclined roofs, as well as filling cavities between individual heat insulation elements. Particularly for uneven substrates in renovations, the insulation adhesive immediately levels any unevenness due to its direct foam structure.
For bonding heat insulation panels based on polystyrene (EPS + extruded polystyrene), PIR/PUR hard foam and mineral wool on flat roofs. Four beads, each with a minimum diameter of 30 mm, are required per m². Increase the amount of adhesive used accordingly when applied to edge/corner areas or areas exposed to increased wind suction. The hardening process is accelerated by lightly spraying the adhesive bead with water. Then press on the insulation panel within approx. 8 minutes (depending on the temperature and air humidity).
