For universal use
Ready-to-use D2 cold wood glue. For construction of interior doors and staircases and for assembly, surface, board-joint and block gluing.
Easy to pour
Glue can be poured cleanly and easily into the glue bottle or glue roller by attaching the tap to the glue bucket.
High level of gluing quality
Good adhesion. Hardened glued joints are viscoplastic.
Transparent when hardened
No visible adhesive joints
In conjunction with the tannic acid in the wood, the impact of bare metal may result in blue discolouration, especially with oak, and in red discolouration with beech. At a pressing temperature above +50 °C, brown discolouration may occur in soft woods. Fresh splashes of glue can be removed with water. Older glue residues can be softened with nitro thinner or acetone and then rubbed off. Stir the contents thoroughly before application and always close the container tightly after use. The processing time and the setting time are heavily influenced by the working conditions, e.g. the temperatures, moisture and absorption levels of the materials, application quantities and tensions in the material. Protect from frost.
Datasheets(X)
Universally applicable, ready-to-use D2 cold wood glue. For construction of interior doors, interior staircases and assembly, surface, board-joint and block gluing, stationary edge coating with veneers and solid wood strips, soft wood, hard wood and exotic woods (after testing beforehand) and chipboard. Indoor areas with occasional brief exposure to draining water or condensation water.
Apply a thin, even layer of D2 cold wood glue on one side using a glue roller, glue trowel, glue brush or an application tool. For more information, please refer to the technical data sheet.
